I saw this very nice Reuters image set that inspired me to look up a higher resolution picture of the abandoned terminal. You can find more images of the airport and other parts of the Nicosia no man’s land here.
You cannot visit these places as it is a demilitarized zone. No matter how cool it would be to walk around there, it’s probably not worth getting shot for.

I’ve been thinking about this a bit recently.
like, i wonder how many people who started reading from day one are still with it. feels like most of the people who did jumped off around late 2011. i feel like i’m in a very small minority who actively read it all.
A side note, but i’m mildy disapointed the final update wasn’t today, what with all the circular themes and stuff. would have been very neatly cut to end it on the 5th aniversary.
So I was hanging out with my buddy Clu and Tron the other day and they showed me this new guitar they made. LOL but really though this is pretty rocking! I can dig it!
